Brew: 5-7 minutes
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 2 cracked cardamom pods
- 1 slice of lemon (plus a squeeze of lemon)
- 1-2 tsp honey
Add all the ingredients to a cup and add boiling water to fill. Leave for 5-8 minutes before drinking and add more honey to taste. Try measuring out all the ingredients into 2 or 3 cups when you have a moment, so that you can make the teas with ease when you're rushed off your feet.
