This recipe is perfect for introducing your baby to a spectrum of tastes and flavours so they’re ready to eat them as fresh, whole finger foods later on.

Fruit is naturally high in sugar and so it is important to combine that sweetness with Coconut Water, Brown Rice and Quinoa. This retains the intense flavour of the fruit, whilst being balanced for your little one. 


The story behind the recipe

Perfect for breakfast or on the go, I created this recipe as a way to introduce your little one to fruit, without the worry that we were providing a product with overly high sugar content. I have been known to blend it into my morning porridge when Alex had finished!

Tom Tip: Don’t overdo it on the fruit pouches. If your little one hasn’t had dinner, I wouldn’t recommend using this product as a substitute. Personally, I would use Pumpkin and Pea instead.
