NO BAKE GRANOLA

Full of Omegas 3 & 6, iron, magnesium, calcium and B vitamins, this is a wonderful breakfast or snack to have in your cupboard. Try it sprinkled on yogurt, porridge or even icecream (or even nibble on it in between meals!).

INGREDIENTS

  • 60g puffed quinoa
  • 50g coconut flakes
  • 60g flaked almonds
  • 40g flaxseeds
  • 90g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50g nuts of your choice

METHOD

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a jar... as simple as that! It will stay fresh for up to 1 month.
