INGREDIENTS

  • Stage 1 Babease Parsnip Carrot and Kale Pouch
  • 150g flour (min), preferably wholegrain 
  • 200g carrots, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 courgette, thinly sliced and quartered 
  • 1 tsp of dried parsley, fresh basil and dried oregano 
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped 
  • ½ onion, diced 
  • A small handful of cheddar cheese
  • A handful of fresh spinach, chopped

METHOD

Mix everything in a bowl. Then line a small loaf tin and pour the mixture in.

Bake in a preheated 180° oven for 45 - 50 minutes.

Leave to cool in the tin, then slice and serve with delicious homemade hummus
