CREAMY SALMON AND VEGETABLE PASTA

Top Tip: This is a great recipe for doubling up on when there are more seats filled around the table.

INGREDIENTS

  • Makes 1 little and 1 large portion
  • 2 Mugs pasta of your choice
  • ½ Broccoli, broken into florets
  • 150g Frozen peas
  • 1 Cooked salmon fillet, flaked and checked for bones
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese or greek yoghurt
  • 1 Babease Stage 1 Butternut squash, carrot and broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Grated cheese of choice to serve

METHOD

  • 1 Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. During the last 4 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli and peas to the boiling water. Drain
  • 2 Add the Babease Butternut squash stage 1 to the pan with the soft cheese, stir well to create a creamy sauce.
  • 3 Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
  • 4 Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
